As a Friend on the website, you can not initiate contact with any Members. You must wait until you are contacted first by a Member. Once a Member contacts you, you can reply to them for free. (as a Friend on the website, there are never any fees to reply to a message from a Member). So once the Member makes contact with you, you can reply back to them.
